Generally, the place was gorgeous and had attentive staff in terms of service when staff would be available there as well. The hotel had a remote location to come down to Como Lago train station. And it was also just next door to the local transport down the mountain, and a hill overlooking Como Lake.

The hotel is fantastic, has delightfully helpful staff and overwhelming lake views. The positives include peaceful location and parking nearby. It is found in a lovely area adjacent to the funicular in Brunate, Como lake, birds, nature, and the the mountains.

All in all, it was nice place for travelling to Brunate. Enjoyed that a personal safe, central heating and a writing table were included. Scrambled eggs and bacon were a stand out. Worth its 3 stars.
